Reported from the vicinity of Dinosaur Provincial Park in 2011, not previously known in Alberta. This could be regarded as the vanguard of an invasive exotic (it is said to be weedy) or as a range extension, since it is native to many of the lower 48 US states, including those adjacent to Alberta.
