Synonyms: Hieracium florentinum All.

Similar to Hieracium caespitosum. Lacks stolons. Leaves have hairs only on margins and mid-rib (see photo). Flower heads are in an open, round-topped cluster.

Reported in Hinton in 2011. Occurs in BC, although this is not reflected in the USDA Plants Database. Native to Europe.
