Impatiens glandulifera

[edit] Remarks

This species was first reported in Edmonton natural areas, but new reports are frequent as people become aware that it's invasive. An aggressive self-sower in gardens and lawns, and invasive in moist soils at the margins of lakes and creeks. It is likely as invasive as purple loosestrife, if not more so.
