Talk:Verbascum thapsus

Verbascum thapsus (common mullein) is a plant I associate with sandy roadsides and old gravel pits, particularly in southern AB and BC. I was a bit surprised when I found it growing along the railway tracks in south Edmonton a few years ago, but it doesn't seem to have persisted. I doubt this species would become a problem in natural habitats in central or northern AB.
